All Titan Manufacturing instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Any instrument which proves defective in workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced at our discretion without charge. This guarantee is void for instruments serviced by any company other than TMI instrument repair service.
All TMI instruments are carefully inspected before shipment. Any claims must be made within (2) two days of receipt of shipment.
Most orders are shipped the same day and, at the latest, by UPS within 72 hours.
